There is no effect being used here. We just got lucky on this day, as the setting sun lit up the sky in vivid orange. In some countries, sunset is beset with a cacophony of voices calling for prayer. You can hear how loud it is here; it's truly hard to escape. I personally enjoy the noise, though, and after some time, you begin to associate the calls with your day's routines. By the time of this call, the day is nearly over and everyone is expected to be returning home. The sun sets and the city settles.
